[by Sung, Jae Jun] Huons Group’s holding company, Huons Global, extended a helping hand for the treatment of police officers suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

The EADONG Association (hereafter EADONG) is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting colleagues who suffer from illness and injury among the 140,000 police officers in Korea. EADONG was formed by active-duty police officers in November 2018, to support a colleague who collapsed while responding to a call. EADONG receives voluntary donations from police officers to fund its operation and has so far provided over 300 million won in aid of victimized police officers.

This charitable donation will be used for psychological counseling, healing programs, and welfare support for police officers who endure mental trauma, such as PTSD and depression, due to their profession's exposure to extreme situations.
